1. General Refund Conditions
- Refunds are issued only under the conditions described below.
- Refunds apply only if the service does not meet expectations under normal usage.
- Refund abuse, repeated disputes, or chargebacks may result in account termination.
- Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used.
59IPTV reserves the right to refuse refunds outside the timeframes listed.
2. 1-Month Subscription
❌ No refunds available.
1-month subscriptions are short-term digital services that become fully accessible upon activation.
3. 3-Month Subscription
Refunds are available only within the first 7 days after activation.
If a refund is requested within 7 days:
- ✔️ The cost of 1 month will be charged
- ✔️ The remaining 2 months will be refunded to you
After 7 days:

4. 6-Month Subscription
Refunds are available within the first 30 days.
If a refund is requested within 30 days:
- ✔️ The cost of 1 month will be charged
- ✔️ The remaining months will be refunded
After 30 days:
❌ No refunds.
5. 12-Month Subscription
Refund conditions depend on the time of request:
Refund requested between Day 1 and Day 30:
- ✔️ Only 1 month is charged
- ✔️ Remaining 11 months are refunded
Refund requested between Day 31 and Day 60:
- ✔️ 3 months are charged
- ✔️ Remaining 9 months are refunded
After 60 days:
❌ No refunds.
6. 24-Month Subscription

24-month plans follow the same rules as 12-month plans, but calculations are adjusted proportionally.
7. Free Trial (24 Hours)
- Free trials are available only once per user.
- Duplicate or repeated trials are not permitted.
- No refunds apply to trials.
- Trials must be requested through support channels.
8. Multi-Screen & App Purchases
- Charges related to additional screens, premium activation apps, or custom configurations are non-refundable.
- If the user abuses multi-screen usage beyond their plan, no refund applies.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The issue is caused by your device, internet connection, router, or ISP
- You are unable to install or operate third-party IPTV apps
- You changed your mind after activation
- You used the account on multiple devices at different locations
- The service works but you prefer a different app
- You failed to provide correct activation details
- You used VPN/proxies incorrectly
- Your ISP blocks IPTV (you must use a VPN)
